Single sheet, cruise line menu for the Royal Viking Star printed on brownish-orange and pink textured paper with black font and bronze graphics. The cover of the menu has a reproduction of a bronze trefoil brooch found in Norway. The left section of the unfolded inside of the menu displays the chef's suggestion menu as well as a small wine list. The right section of the menu lists food items that range from fresh cream of cauliflower, to Southern fried chicken, to Hungarian paprika schnitzel, to Dutch kirsch cake, and rum raisin ice cream. The menu is dated Sunday, January 4, 1976. The back cover of the menu provides information on the bronze graphic on the front cover as well as printing information.
