Dinner Aboard the Royal Viking Star Cruise on July 16, 1975
Single Sheet dinner menu for the Russia / Europe cruise of the Royal Viking Star is printed on white paper in a black font. The front cover of the menu displays a large colorful watercolor scene of two men wearing sombreros and ponchos with a large orange sun on the distant horizon. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left has "Dinner" printed at the top of the page with the name of the cruise line, the date, and destination of the cruise, as well as a chef's suggestion meal choice below. A vining leaf graphic borders a small wine list. The section on the right shows the menu items which range from fresh ground tartar canapes, to fillet of turbot, to veal schnitzel au four, to buttered brussel sprouts, to roast sirloin of beef, and pineapple cream pie. The back cover of the menu shows the name "Royal Viking Line" printed at the lower left side of the back cover.
