Single sheet, bi-fold lunch and dinner menu for Dillman's is printed on yellow ochre paper in black ink. The cover of the menu displays fancy scrolled borders at the top and the bottom of the page with "Dillman's On The Peninsula" printed at the center between the two borders. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side displays the appetizers, soups, seafood, and special house dishes. Food options range from Louisiana shrimp cocktail, to Manhattan clam chowder, to deviled crab in the shell, and amandine chicken livers. The section on the right side features meat dishes from the charcoal broiler, a children's menu, a la carte items, desserts and beverages. Food options range from top sirloin and lobster or king crab, to fried chicken, to garlic bread, to spumoni, and various beverages. A daily specials menu is displayed at the bottom of the menu with food items ranging from fried chicken and biscuits, to prime rib of beef au jus, and Long Island duckling in mandarin orange sauce. The back side of the menu features food categories including salads, soups, slenderizers,and sandwiches. Food options range from stuffed avocado with tuna salad, to top sirloin steak, to teriyaki brochette, and fried jumbo shrimp on a bun. A relish tray, beverages and desserts are also available.
