Desert Star Dinner Menu
Single sheet, bi-fold, set dinner menu printed on white paper with black, gold,and blue ink in multiple fonts. The front cover has the name of the restaurant printed on the top left side with a gold graphic in a star motif to the right. An invitation to open the cover is given at the bottom with the words, "Invites you..." The unfolded inside of the menu on the left side displays the set dinner menu. The menu consists of consomme' en tasse, dandelion and endive salad, broiled halibut, wild rice pilaf with whole baby carrots, whole wheat and rye breads, medley of fruits and berries, and assorted teas. The right side features the invitation: "Heart Healers would like you to join them for fine, healthy food on Saturday, May 31 at 6 p.m." The back cover of the menu is blank.
