Single sided, bi-fold lunch and dinner menu printed on beige paper in brown font. A graphic of a turtle beside the restaurant name, bordered on two sides with a bamboo border is printed on the front cover. The address of the restaurant and the names of two hosts are printed below. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The lunch menu is printed on the left section with the days and times of operation. Menu choices include meats, ala carte items, salads, side orders and beverages. Menu items range from top sirloin steak, to pork baby-back ribs, to fish kabobs, to grilled ham and cheese, to shrimp salad, and coleslaw. The dinner menu is printed on the right section with menu items ranging from choice New York steak, to broiled half-chicken, to shrimp on a skewer, to soups, to salads and desserts. The back cover of the menu has no printed text.
