Booklet style, multi-lingual dinner menu is printed on newsprint paper with black ink. The menu is intended to resemble a seven page newspaper with the food options found on the center pages. The cover of the newspaper menu shows three picture graphics of the entrance to the restaurant grounds, and a large cartoon graphic at the bottom of the page. The top center displays the name of the restaurant. An index to the contents of the newspaper menu is provided as well as several articles about the restaurant. The unfolded inside of the menu page one has two sections. The section on the left has several graphics. The top of the page shows statues and landscaping found on the grounds of the restaurant. Other pictures graphics show men enjoying food and articles about Italian cooking. A graphic map of Italy is found at the bottom of the page. Two text boxes contain advertisements worded in Italian for a restaurant and a hotel. The section on the right side of the page shows a graphic drawing of Guiseppe, the owner, with a halo over his head and a laurel leaf swag beneath. Two graphic cartoons printed in Italian are found at the bottom of the page. An article about the USSR printed in Italian is found on the right side of the page. The unfolded inside of the menu page two displays two sections. The section on the left is entitled "Guiseppe's selection of wines" and contains various wine trivia news articles to read. A small graphic of a wine glass and grapes is found on the bottom left of the page. The right side of the page has a photo graphic of Guiseppe and his father above an article about the food service at the restaurant. The unfolded inside of the menu page three displays the food options. The left side of the page displays sea food entrees, steaks and desserts. Food options range from fresh river catfish, to fresh clams with spaghetti, to baccela fresco alla calabrese, to veal steak with mushrooms, and Sicilian spumoni with cookies. The right side of the page is entitled "Italian Style Dinners" and includes appetizers and entrees. Food options range from chilled oyster cocktail supreme, to manicotti, to ravioli and spaghetti, to chicken alla tetrazzini, and polenta and Italian sausages. The unfolded inside of the menu page four on the left side displays text boxes containing various Italian advertisements. The right side displays more information about wine and a table of different wines with the years they were produced. The unfolded inside of the menu page five contains a large graphic map of Rome surrounded with names and locations of local points of interest. The back side of the newspaper menu displays text boxes containing picture graphics, advertisements, a poem and information about a low calorie diet.
