Single sheet, tri-fold, lunch and dinner menu for Cyrano. Menu is printed on beige paper in dark brown font. The front cover of the menu features a large brown graphic and the name of the restaurant in large elegant font in the middle of the page. The bottom of the page displays the address and phone number of the restaurant. The inside flap of the menu displays the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu on the left side and the first section of the unfolded back side of the menu on the right side. This view shows the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is the Dinner menu. It is divided into three sections. Each section is surrounded by an elegant line border. Each corner of each section features an elegant line graphic. The first section on the left displays appetizers, soups, salads, sea food, sandwiches, and desserts. Below the appetizers is a text box featuring special menu items. The second section in the middle displays specialities of the day, specialities of the house, broiler items, and beverages. The bottom of the list of house specials are two text boxes each featuring a special menu item. The third section on the right displays "Supper" items. The page displays omelettes, sandwiches, crepes, cheeses, and coffees. The unfolded back side of the menu is the luncheon menu and is divided into three sections. The first two sections are surrounded by a brown graphic line border with small brown graphics in all four corners. The first section on the left displays soups, specialties of the day, specialties of the house, omelettes, and salads. The second section in the middle displays low calorie items, hot sandwiches, sandwiches, desserts, beverages and wines. There is a brown text box in the middle of the first and second sections displaying wines by the bottle. The third section on the right is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from trout, to soup du Jour, to London Broil Sandwich, to veal, to chicken , to steak, to filet mignon, to lamb, and ice cream.
