Alta Club Luncheon Menu
Single sheet, single sided lunch menu for the Alta Club. The menu is printed on light beige paper in maroon and black fonts. A graphic drawing of the Alta Club building is found at the top right corner of the page. A maroon boarder surrounds the menu. The date, January 31, 1985 is written below the menu items. A note at the bottom of the menu requests no tipping. Menu items range from chicken soup with homemade noodles, to grilled filet of red snapper, to omelette in butter, to shrimp salad, to fruit in whipped cream, and baked macaroni and cheese. Dessert options are pie, ice cream, sherbet, cheese cake and grapefruit. Coffee, tea, milk and buttermilk serve as beverages.
