Three multi-lingual dinner menus for Christopher's Restaurant are printed on light yellow paper with black ink. The menus are printed in French with English interpretations hand written below each item. The first menu is a special Joyeux Saint Valentine's Day menu for the date Wednesday, February 14, 1990. The front side of this menu shows starters, main courses and desserts. The back side of the menu displays two set menu options, Gourmand and Prestige, which are six course dinners with corresponding wines. The prestige menu offers more menu items at a higher price. Food choices range from smoked salmon, to mixed green salad with sweet breads, to boneless rack of lamb with mild garlic sauce, and chocolate mousse. The second menu is the Christopher's dinner menu for Sunday, February 25, 1990. The first side of the menu displays the starters, main course, and dessert choices. The back side of the page features two set menu options, menu gourmand and menu prestige, with corresponding wines. Food items range from salad of wild mushrooms, to smoked squab with fresh pasta, to duck with shallots, to creme brulee, and coffee. The third menu is Christopher's regular menu which is printed in English. The menu features main courses with food choices ranging from rotisserie chicken, to mahi mahi, to fish soup, to an assortment of cheeses, and banana split.
