Arizona Biltmore Hotel Dinner Menu
The dinner menu for the Arizona Biltmore Hotel is printed on light beige paper with brown and black fonts. The top of the menu features a graphic of cowboys and horses in an old western corral. This graphic is printed in brown with green accents. The menu offers choices from menu categories including cocktails, relish trays, soups, entrees, salads, potato choices, rolls, desserts, fruits, cheese and crackers, and beverages. Entree items range from rainbow trout, to baked apple veal cutlet, to Yorkshire pudding, and corn polenta. The bottom of the menu has two signature lines for registered and non registered guests. The date of January 2, 1961 is printed on the bottom left hand corner of the menu. There is a random blue pen scribble across the bottom of the menu.
