The unfolded inside part three lists the winners for each region. The unfolded inside part four has the history of the award and past winners. The unfolded inside part five has a red border around the entire page. The bottom has the logo and address of the sponsor. The back cover of the menu is blank. Menu items range from Sonoma organic greens, to barbecued breast of Sonoma Moulard duck, to chocolate chimney with papaya cream, and Chinese fortune cookies.
