This view shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left is the lunch menu. It lists salads, pita sandwiches, and parmigiana. The second section in the middle is a continued list of lunch menu items and features pastas and entrees. A small text box in the middle of the page provides information about items served with entrees. The third section on the right is the dinner menu. It features appetizers, salads, and pastas. the unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays a continued list of dinner menu items. It features a small text box that provides information about items served with entrees. Below this is a list of dinner entrees. The second section in the middle is titled, "Cafe." It displays a list of coffees. The middle of the page instructs guests to request a dessert menu and thanks them for coming. The third section on the right is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from shrimp, to filet mignon, to steak, to chicken, to linguini, and calamari.
