Annual Installation Dinner Dance for CMAA at the University Club
Single sheet, bi-fold set dinner menu printed on white paper in a simple black font. The cover has a shield shaped graphic enclosing a blue circle with the gold letters CMAA printed upon it. Above the shield is a floral arrangement, and beneath is an unfolding ribbon with "Southern California" printed upon it. The left side of the unfolded inside of the menu is the program for the Annual Installation Dinner Dance. The program includes an invocation, a welcome, introductions and installation of officers & directors for 1971, and a list of current officers and directors. The right side contains the set dinner menu. The menu items include herb toast, filet of sand dabs watercress sandwiches, stuffed zucchini, string beans, delice potatoes, limestone lettuce salad, minted pear surprise, and demi tasse. A list of alcoholic beverages is printed to the left of the menu, listed next to the dish with which it will be served. The date, January 11, 1971 is printed at the right bottom corner. The back cover of the menu has no printed text.
