The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. There are two solid vertical lines in the center of the page, one red and one blue. The edges of the right and left sides of the menu have a brown vertical line with a torn outer edge. The first section on the left displays the name of the restaurant at the top of the page above the date of the event. The middle of the page lists the the name and logo of the group hosting the event. The bottom of the page lists the name of the officers, chevaliers, guests, executive chef, and maitre d'. The second section on the right displays the name and date of the event at the top of the page. The rest of the page lists menu items to be served. Menu items range from wines, salad, coffee, sorbet, crepes, and meat dishes.
