Food options range from Mediterranean salad, to grilled chicken breast on a bun, to the Holbrooke Cheeseburger, and pizzetta of the day. The menu displays the date of 12/28/97 (December 28, 1997). The back cover of the menu features an historical report of the Holbrooke Hotel, famous guests who stayed there, and information about the complete restoration project under the auspices of Arletta Douglas.
