Single sheet, tri-fold dinner menu for Anthony's Fish Grottos is printed on white paper with black and blue inks. The front cover of the menu displays a large blue graphic of a swordfish leaping above the surface of the ocean with the name of the restaurant printed below. The first stage of the open menu shows how the menu appears as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The section on the left displays seafood appetizers, entrees, and oyster, crab, clam and lobster dishes along with related graphics. Two text boxes on the page advertise special menu choices. The section in the middle of the page displays pink and salmon colored insert papers which feature seasonal specialties. Desserts and beverages are listed below with corresponding graphics. The section on the right side offers salad selections and a wine list. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The section on the left displays a photograph of the restaurant founder and her sons, along with a history of the restaurant. The remainder of the page shows a view of the back and front covers of the menu. The back side of the menu displays a directional map of the area along with the locations of all five restaurants in the Anthony's Fish Grotto chain. A description of each of the restaurants in the chain are printed below the map. Food options range from squid cutlets, to deviled crab, to shell fish casserole, to lobster louie salad, and spumoni ice cream.
