Single sheet, Tri-fold, Drinks, and Dinner Menu for Chelsea Street Pub. Menu is printed on tan paper in brown font. The front cover of the menu displays a long, thick, brown horizontal text box that contains the text, "Food, Spirits, Entertainment" on the right side of the page. The left side of the page displays a large graphics logo for the restaurant and contains the name of the restaurant inside the logo. The bottom of the page displays the locations of other franchises. The inside flap of the menu displays the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu on the left and the first section of the unfolded outside of the menu on the right. This view shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. Each list food items served. The first section on the left lists soups, salads, and nachos. The middle section lists pub pockets and sandwiches. The section on the right features specials, snacks, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. The unfolded back side of the menu is also divided into three sections. The first section displays a list of drinks served. The right side of this section features a horizontal thick, brown line with horizontal text. The middle section is a continuation of the list of drinks served. The third section is the cover of the menu. It features the restaurant name and large graphic logo in brown font at the top of the page. The bottom of the page features restaurant locations and franchise information. Menu items range from clam chowder, to pizza pocket, to roast beef sandwich, and cheesecake.
