Single sheet, breakfast menu for Brennan's Restaurant is printed on white paper with black, red, blue, pink, orange, and green inks. The front cover of the menu displays a graphic of a building designed in french style architecture with "Breakfast at Brennan's" printed beneath. A brief paragraph below describes the old New Orleans dining tradition of the French aristocracy. Breakfast complimentary wines are displayed at the bottom of the cover. The unfolded inside of the menu features menu categories and food choices printed in French with English descriptions. The page is divided into three sections. The section on the left side offers menu categories including "Eye Openers" hor d'oeuvres, and omelettes. The center section shows a fancy, red text box enclosing the host's suggested breakfast menu which includes appetizers, entrees, desserts, and coffee. The section on the right side features menu categories of meats, fish, desserts, and selections from "A typical New Orleans breakfast." Food options range from New Orleans gin fizz, to Creole cream cheese evangeline, to eggs sardou, to pfannkuchen, to baba brulot, to calves liver, to escargots bourguignonne and cafe au lait. The name of the restaurant and three location cities are printed on a red strip along the right side of the menu. The back cover of the menu features a large colorful graphic of a crowing rooster located below the name Brennan's.
