Single sheet, tri-fold, lunch and dinner menu for Copeland's. Menu is printed on light gray paper in red and blue fonts. The front cover of the menu displays the restaurant name in large, elegant, colorful font at the top of the page. Below this guests are welcomed to the restaurant and given several paragraphs that cover the rest of the page giving a narrative history of the restaurant. The bottom of the page is signed by the owner Al Copeland. The inside flaps of the menu show the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu on the left and the first section of the unfolded back side of the menu on the right. This view shows the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays "New Orleans Appetizers" soups, and salads. Two special appetizer items are enclosed in red line text boxes. The second section in the middle displays sandwiches, burgers, seafood, and low fat items. The third section on the right displays chicken, seafood platters, steaks, veal, ribs, and side items. The bottom of the page features a quote from the restaurant about low prices. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays the lunch menu. The top of the page displays the title, "Lightin' Lunch." Next to this is a restaurant promise to deliver fast service for it's lunchtime customers. Times that lunch is served are also listed. The menu displays lunch lunch entrees, salads, sandwiches, and burgers. The second section in the middle displays the title, "Jazz Brunch." This page lists special entrees served during Sunday brunch. The bottom of the page displays the name and logo of the restaurant. The third section on the right is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from shrimp, to chicken, to soup du jour, to dinner salad, to pasta, to catfish, to veal, to prime rib, and burgers.
