Single sheet lunch and dinner menu for Ruby River Steak House is printed on tan paper with brown ink. The cover of the menu presents a large graphic of a horse and rider with the name "Ruby River" printed above in a bold font. The tag line "What a steak ought to be" is printed below. The address, phone number and hours of operation are found beneath. The unfolded inside of the menu displays a double lined border running along the top and bottom. Menu categories are printed in large bold fonts and include beers, starters, and pastas on the left side of the page, and entrees on the right side. Food choices range from Winchester cheese fries, to angel hair pasta primavera, to BBQ chicken and baby back ribs, and rib-eye steak. Three text boxes contain special menu items for consideration. The back cover of the menu displays the lunch menu and presents menu categories of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, and favorites. Food options range from Buffalo Bill Cody chicken wings, to Burgundy mushroom burger, to turkey avocado sandwich, and southwest chicken salad.
