Single sheet luncheon menu for the North Cape / Spitsbergen Royal Viking Star cruise is printed on white paper with black, green, blue, yellow and brown inks. The front cover of the menu presents a large colorful watercolor graphic of tropical foliage beside a body of water. The unfolded inside of the menu has "Luncheon" printed in a large elegant font centered at the top with the name of the cruise line, the date and the destination of the cruise followed by the names of the Maitre d'Hotel, Hotel Manager and Chef de Cuisine printed below. Menu categories include appetizers, soups, entrees, fish, desserts and beverages. Food choices range from cold poached eggs, to Hungarian goulash soup, to spaghetti with meat sauce, to deep fried bay scallops, to grasshopper pie, and skim milk. The back cover of the menu displays the name of the cruise line with information about the designer of the menu.
