Single sheet lunch menu for the Caribbean cruise to the Panama Canal is printed on white paper in multi colored inks. The cover of the menu displays a colorful abstract graphic of a chicken standing on the head of an ape. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side has "Luncheon" printed at the top of the page with the name of the ship, date and name of the cruise printed below. The center of the page offers a "your favorite salad" menu option with salad bar ingredients. The bottom of the page has two different wines listed but suggests a consultation with the wine list for a selection that is "more to your taste." The section on the right displays the menu categories with the dishes listed to the side. Food options range from assorted seafood in aspic, to split pea soup, to East Indienne chicken curry, to Norwegian fish balls in baby shrimp, to Swiss Bratwurst, and semolina pudding. The back cover of the menu displays the name of the cruise line and red logo graphic.
