Single sheet luncheon menu for the Royal Viking Star Cruise Line is printed on white paper with black font. The front cover of the menu presents a large colorful graphic of an abstract fish produced in colors of green, red, orange, pink and purple. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left has "luncheon" printed in a large fancy font at the top of the page. Below is the name of the ship, the destination of the cruise, and the date. This section displays "your favorite salad" ingredient list and information regarding wines from the cellar. The right section of the unfolded inside of the menu displays menu categories including appetizers, soups, fish, entrees, vegetables, salads and desserts. Food options range from yogurt, to chilled cream of banana soup, to Norwegian fish balls, to braised short ribs, to broiled tomatoes, to creamed Mexican coleslaw, and peach pie. The back cover of the menu displays the logo of the Royal Viking Line.
