The unfolded inside of the menu has the logo for the American Culinary Federation printed on the left side of the vertical fold. The right side displays the set menu of spiedini of prawns, frilled veal loin steak, and tiramisu. The back cover of the menu has the logo for the International Olive Oil Council printed in the center of the page.
