Single sheet, bi-fold dinner menu for the Thunderbird Country Club is printed on beige paper with black ink. The cover of the menu features a fancy double line border which surrounds the page. The name of the club and the daily specials from Tuesday through Sunday are also found on the cover. The unfolded inside of the menu displays two sections. The section on the left has food categories including appetizers, soups, salads, cold entrees and desserts. Food options range from smoked Nova Scotia salmon, to vichyssoise supreme, to hearts of romaine salad, to steak tartar, and coconut crunch pie. The section on the right displays options for entrees and beverages. Food options range from filet of sole, to broiled filet mignon and coffee. A text box contains information regarding the Thursday special. The back cover of the menu displays a stylized graphic of a Thunderbird.
