Single sheet, quad-fold, dinner and drinks menu for The Wine Cellar. Menu is printed on tan paper in brown font. The front cover of the menu displays brown line graphics at the top and bottom of the menu. The center of the menu displays the name of the restaurant in large brown font above the name and logo of the "Newporter Inn." These names and logos are contained in a tan text box that is within a brown text box. The first unfolded part of the menu and shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. It is dived into two sections. The first section on the left displays narrative paragraphs of the history of the restaurant. The bottom of the section displays a text box with double brown lines around the edge. it contains the words, "Entertainment Nightly." The second section on the right displays the calendar for which menus are used during various dates, months, for 1973 and 1974. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into four sections. Each section features one of four menus and is entitled, "Vianos." The dinner menus are contained in a tan text box that is within a brown text box with a tan background. The bottom of each section displays a brown line text box with brown text inside. The first section on the left displays menu number one. It features crab, spinach salad, cheeses, fruits, sweet meats, cafe, and chocolate mints. The text box provides information about where to find the menu calendar. The second section displays menu number two. It features shrimp, filet mignon, soup, cheeses, fruits, sweet meats, cafe, and chocolate mints. The text box provides information about wine selections. The third section features menu number three. It features crab legs, salad, steak, cheeses, fruits, sweet meats, cafe, and chocolate mints. The text box provides information about reservations. The fourth section on the right displays menu number four. It features turtle soup, shrimp, filet mignon, cheeses, fruits, sweet meats, cafe, and chocolate mints. The text box provides information about the bar in the hotel lobby. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into four sections. The first and second sections on the left displays the first unfolded part of the menu mentioned above. The third section displays the title, "The Marine Restaurant." It is followed by paragraphs explaining the features of another restaurant at the hotel. The fourth section on the right shows the front cover of the menu. The second unfolded part of menu shows the third and fourth sections of the unfolded back side of the menu. This view shows the quad-fold menu folded in half, showing the front and back covers of the menu.
