Single sheet, bi-fold, mailer, dinner menu for The Warehouse Restaurant is printed on tan paper with brown ink. The front cover of the menu presents a large graphic drawing of a seaside warehouse on a wharf surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. Crates, barrels, two oars, a life preserver and fishing nets embellish the outside of the building. The restaurant name is printed at the top of the menu and Newport Beach is printed at the bottom. The unfolded inside of the menu maintains the warehouse theme. The left side has "How It All Began" printed at the top featuring the life story and accompanying drawings of Burt, the restaurant owner. The remainder of the inside of the menu is devoted to the international food and alcoholic beverage selections. Each selection is printed on a graphic drawing of a crate or a barrel. Food items range from island mahi mahi, to chicken Tahitian, to ribs Rangoon, to shrimp Malaysia, to Bangalore curry, and warehouse teriyaki. Two combo meals, a la carte items, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks are also offered. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the front cover of the menu to the right of the fold, and a continuation of the seaside warehouse scene to the left. A rectangular shaped blank space is provided for a postal address to be added for mailing purposes.
