Single sheet dinner menu for United Airlines is printed on red and white papers with gold, red and black ink. The front cover of the menu displays a white and red vertical stripe. "The Red Carpet" is printed on the white stripe. A triangle is cut out of the red stripe with an embossed image of the grapes, and jugs for wine and coffee. The first stage of the open menu is divided into two sections. The section on the right displays red graphic paper with a triangular motif. The right side features a white page with "Aboard The Red Carpet" printed upon it with gold ink. When opened, the unfolded inside of the white paper menu is divided into two sections. The left side of the page features a list of the alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The right side displays the food items ranging from roast sirloin of beef, to boiled ox tongue, to relishes, to rolls, and fruit and cheese. At the bottom is a note: "this menu prepared in United Air Lines Flight Kitchen at Los Angeles, Walter Jetzer, Chef. Member, Epicurean Club of Los Angeles." The back cover of the menu is white with the tagline "fly the friendly skies of United" centered on the page and printed in red ink.
