Single sheet, quad-fold lunch and dinner menu for The Old Spaghetti Factory is printed on beige paper in black font. This is an advertisement menu intended to be sent via mail. When completely closed the name and address of the restaurant is stamped in black ink in the top left corner there is also a spot for postage and an area to print the addressee's information. The first stage of opening the mailer shows the front view on the bottom half and the top half has the hours for lunch and dinner in the bottom right corner. The inside flaps of the mailer have the name of the restaurant on the right side of the top half of the page. To the side of this is some history about the restaurant. There is a flowery border that goes around the history and encircles the name of the restaurant. The bottom flap has a fancy border going across the top of it. There is a photograph of an old trolley car on the left side of the bottom flap. Next to it is information on trolley cars. The unfolded inside of the menu has pictures and quotes from famous people at the top and bottom, left and right sides. Menu items and prices are listed on the rest of the page. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the front view, the first stage of opening and the inside flaps. Menu items range from spaghetti, to lasagna, to oven baked chicken, to Spumoni ice cream and pink lemonade.
