Single sheet, a la carte, lunch and dinner menu for The Musso and Frank Grill is printed on white paper with maroon ink. The cover of the menu presents a graphic drawing of the outside view of the restaurant with an old fashioned car parked in front. A tag line reads, "The oldest restaurant in Hollywood since 1919." The name of the chef, the address, phone numbers and the hours of operation are printed beneath. A list of the daily specials for the week is printed within a text box at the the bottom of the menu. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side contains a la carte items ranging from Spanish omelette, to crab Louie salad, to candied sweet potatoes, to zucchini Florentine, and butterscotch sundae. The section on the right side contains menu items ranging from cherrystone clams on the half shell, to lamb curry with rice, to sweetbreads jardiniere, and grilled tenderloin steak sandwich. The back side of the menu displays an extensive wine list.
