Single sheet, tri-fold, special event, dinner menu for The Los Angeles Country Club Nineteenth Annual Dinner. The menu is printed on white paper in black, red, and green fonts. The front cover of the menu displays a small red and green graphic at the top of the page. The middle of the page provides information about the special event dinner including, the date of the event, the hosts, and those being honored. The name of the restaurant is listed at the very bottom of the page. The inside flaps of the menu show how the menu looks as it is being opened. This view shows the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu on the left and the first section of the unfolded back side of the menu on the right. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays the title, "Club Managers' Association of Southern California" Below this is a list of club officers, directors, and the national director. The second section in the middle is titled, "Le Menu." Below this is the dinner menu for the event. Menu items are listed in order of courses. he third section on the right is titled, "Program." Below this is the outline of the events to occur at the dinner, including invocations, remarks, roll call, welcomes, and guest speakers. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays a small green acronym of the name of the group hosting the event in the center of the section. The second section in the middle displays the back cover of the menu. It features the logo of the group hosting the event in red font in the center of the section. The third section on the right displays the front cover of the menu. The last view of the menu shows the back cover of the menu. Menu items include appetizers, soup, salad, entrees, and desserts. Menu items range from assorted hors d'oeuvres, to Beef Wellington, to summer squash, to orange souffle, to Petits Fours, and coffee.
