Single sheet, bi-fold, multi-lingual, dinner menu for The Kupuna Room. The menu is printed on dark red, textured paper on the outside cover and on gray paper on the inside of the menu. The menu is printed in gold, dark red, and black fonts. The front cover of the menu displays a textured, dark red background. The name of the restaurant is printed in large, elegant, gold font on the top, right corner of the menu. The unfolded inside of the menu is printed in dark red and black fonts on gray paper. The menu is bordered in the dark red, textured paper from the front cover of the menu. The inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The first section on the left displays a text box at the top of the page outlined in a thin red line border. The top of the text box displays the name of the restaurant in large, ark red, elegant text. Below this name is a black and white photo of a woman, surrounded by paragraphs explaining the history of the restaurant. Below the text box are appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees. The entrees are listed in outlined in a thin red line border. The bottom of the page provides information about the Modified American Plan. The second section on the right displays specialties of the house, a la carte vegetables, "table d' hote" beverages, desserts, and specialties. The bottom of the page provides information about sales tax. The "table d' hote" items are outlined in a thin red line border. Menu items range from lamb, to escargot, to crab, to veal, to prime rib, to scallops, and lobster tails.
