Booklet style lunch and dinner menu for The Springs Motor Inn & Restaurant is printed on white paper with black ink. The menu is in a booklet format with covers and pages bound with a cord threaded through the interior of the menu. Two punched holes guide the gold cord through to the cover ending in a knot and a tassel. The red front cover of the menu shows a graphic logo with an "S" printed within a box. The name and the address of the restaurant are printed beneath. The first view of the open menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side is blank and displays no printed text. The section on the right side displays a culinary review reprinted from the Eagle's Berkshire Week newspaper column by Milton R. Bass. The second view of the open menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side displays the mid-day bill of fare which is served from 11:30 until 6:00 p.m. Menu items range from Nova Scotia Salmon appetizer, to spaghetti with meat balls, to tuna fish salad, to coconut custard pie and iced tea. The right side features The Springs dinner menu which is served from 11:30 until 10:30 p.m. Food choices range from antipasto tray, to chicken cacciatora, to Boston schrod amandine, to veal scaloppne, and hot cheese bread. The third view of the open menu displays an extensive wine list on the left side of the page and a blank page with no printed text on the right side. The back view of the open menu displays a view of the blank back cover on the left side, and a view of the front cover on the right side.
