Single sheet, bi-fold take-out menu for Something Fishy Sushi and Raw Bar is printed on light gray paper in black font. The front cover of the menu has the name of the restaurant printed at the top of the page. The bottom of the page has a graphic done in the traditional Japanese woodblock style of a Japanese gentleman with a squid. Above the graphic is the sushi A La Carte menu. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The first section on the left has a blurry image of a sumo wrestler at the top of the page. The rest of the page lists menu items and prices. The second section on the right is a continuation of menu items and prices. The back side of the menu has "The Shell Game" printed at the top above a Jonathan Swift quotation. Menu items and prices are listed below. The bottom of the page has another homage to traditional Japanese woodblock print. Menu items range from ika, to spicy tuna, to California, to futomaki, and Long Island clams on half shell.
