Tent-fold seven course dinner menu is printed on cream paper in black font. The top has large text while the lower portion contains much smaller text. The seven course dinner menu special is offered Monday through Thursday. Monday and Wednesday the entree special is Colorado prime rib. Tuesday and Thursday the entree special is char-broiled T-bone steak. Each menu is served with homemade soup, salad, fresh garden vegetables, backed potato and specially baked breads.
