Tri-fold, breakfast, lunch, dinner, hotel, mailer menu for the Savory Cafe. the menu is printed on white paper in green font. The front cover of the menu displays the restaurant motto above the restaurant name and logo. The center pf the page displays the address and phone number of the restaurant and the title, "Casual Gourmet Dining." A double green line separates the bottom of the menu. The bottom of the page displays the hotel name, logo, address, and phone number, where the restaurant is located. The inside flap of the menu displays the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu on the left and the first section of the unfolded back side of the menu on the right. This view shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu displays a large green watermark graphic across the page. The page is divided into three sections. The first section on the left is the breakfast menu. It features starter items, eggs, omelettes, beverages, specials, grill items, and side orders. The second section in the middle is the lunch menu. It features appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, sandwiches, late breakfast items, and desserts. The third section on the right is the dinner menu. It features appetizers, soups, salads, late lunch items, beverages, entrees,and desserts. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left features the name, logo, address, and phone number of the restaurant. Below this are the restaurant hours and information about banquets. The are two green lines dividing the top and the bottom of the section. The bottom of the section displays the hotel logo, name, address, phone number, a graphic line, and information about the hotel. The second section in the middle is designed to look like the front of an envelope to make the menu suitable for mailing. It displays the restaurant return address and lines for an address. The third section on the right displays the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from omelettes, to pancakes, to french toast, to soup du Jour, to shrimp, to chicken, to burgers, to green salad, to steak, and cake.
