Single sheet, double sided coffee menu for Salt Lake Roasting Company is printed on white paper with pink, green, blue and black inks. The front side of the menu is printed in black ink, and the back side has the identical menu printed in colored inks. The menu presents coffee varieties originating from Africa, Asia, the Americas, their own SLRC blends, darker roast and decaf blends. The menu compares the coffees in terms of acidity and body. An acidity chart is provided which explains how acidity is important to the overall balance of coffee. The scale used goes from 1, which is low, to 5 which is bright. Each coffee listed is rated according to the acidity scale from 1 to 5, and the body classification from light to full. Coffee choices range from Tanzania Peaberry from Africa, to New Guinea in Asia, to Jamaica Blue Mountain in the Americas, to morning thunder SLRC blend, to Viennese darker roast blend, and Sumatra Swiss water in decaf. The address and phone number of the establishment is printed at the bottom right corner along with a tag line which reads "Coffee without compromise...".
