Alberto's Dinner Menu
Single sheet dinner menu for Alberto's is printed on white paper with black ink. The front cover of the menu is screen-printed in black with the name, "Alberto's" presented in white lettering. A stylized oval graphic of a bird, a bull's head, a fish, and a shrimp is found at the center of the page. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left displays food categories of appetizers, soups, salads, and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The section on the right displays pasta, Italian delicacies and meats from the broiler. Menu options range from mozzarella marinara, to minestrone soup, to Piccadilly salad, to cappuccino, to tortellini Ernesto, to veal scaloppini, and chicken rosemary and lemon. A text box on the page contains an offer to make a complete dinner by including soup and salad.
