Single sheet, quad-fold, lunch and dinner menu for Absolute Restaurant and Brasserie. Menu is printed on white paper in white, black, and red fonts. The front cover of the menu is surrounded by a thin red line border. The top of the menu displays the name and logo of the restaurant in white and red fonts in black and white text boxes. The middle of the page displays a medium black and white graphic. The bottom of the page displays the restaurant address, phone number, and parking information. The first stage of the open menu shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. The top of the page welcomes customers to the restaurant above the title, "Lunch Menu." The menu displays the restaurant logo in the top right and left corners of the page. The page features appetizers, soups, salads, pastas, and specials. The page also displays two small red graphics around the page. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays a thin black line box around each section of menu items. Menu items in this section include juices, iced tea, cocktails, draft beer, bottled beer,and Bacardi breezers. The bottom of the page provides information about wine lists. The second section in the middle welcomes customers to the restaurant above the dinner menu. The dinner menu features appetizers, soups, salads, vegetarian and pasta dishes, fish, seafood, and meat dishes. Each section of menu items displays a thin black line box around each section. The third section on the right displays a thin black line box around each section of menu items. This section features desserts, cafe drinks, a children's menu, the restaurant logo, and information about gratuity, sales tax, and VIP cards. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left is the lunch menu, the first stage of the open menu. The second section in the middle is the back cover of the closed menu. The third section on the right is the front cover of the menu. The back cover of the closed menu displays sandwiches and desserts. Divided by a thin red horizontal line, the bottom of the page displays information about sales tax and gratuity. Menu items range from chicken, to ice cream, to club sandwich, to Greek salad, to calamari, to salmon, to pork ,to shrimp, and lamb chops.
