Single sheet, bi-fold, special event, cruise line, dinner menu for the Royal Viking Star Farewell Dinner Menu. Menu is printed on blue and beige paper in black font. The front cover of the menu is printed on blue paper with a dark blue border. The center on the page displays green, white, and light blue graphics. The unfolded inside of the menu is printed on beige paper in black font. It is divided into two sections. The first section on the left displays the name of the dinner in large, elegant font at the top of the page. Below this is the name of the cruise line and the commanding captain. There is a small black graphic and double black lines separating the next section. The middle of the page displays information about the route of the cruise and the date of the dinner. There are double black lines separating the next section. The bottom of the page displays a short wine list, a black graphic, and information about the chef and staff. The second section on the right displays appetizers, soups, fish, entrees, vegetables, salads, and desserts. There are two vertical graphic lines on the right and left sides of the page. The back cover of the menu is printed on beige paper is black font. It displays the name of the cruise line in black font at the bottom of the page next to a red graphic logo. Menu items range from caviar, to crab legs, to salmon, to chicken, to filet mignon, to artichokes, to Baked Alaska, and "Goodies from Norway."
