Single sheet bi-fold dinner menu for the Russia / Europe cruise aboard the Royal Viking Star is printed on white paper with colored inks. The front cover of the menu has a large, colorful abstract graphic in pinks, reds, purples, and oranges. The unfolded inside of the menu has "Luncheon" printed in a large elegant font at the top of the page. Below this is the name of the cruise, the date and the destination of the cruise followed by the names of the Maitre d'Hotel, Hotel Manager and Chef de Cuisine. The menu is divided into categories such as appetizers, soups, eggs, fish, entrees, grill, cold buffet, salads and cheese. Choices include Russian Herring Salad, American Welsh Rarebit on English Muffins, Potted Swiss Steak, and hot and cold beverages. The back cover of the menu has the insignia for Royal Viking Line and denotes the menu designer.
