Single sheet, double-sided drinks menu printed on lavender paper with black ink. The front side of the menu lists various wines and other beverages. The list of wines ranges from Pinot Noir, to Bordeaux, to barolo, and Soave. The back side of the menu contains a cocktail buffet divided into appetizers, canapes, puff pastries, battered and fried vegetables, tarts, and aspics. Food items range from green asparagus and prosciutto appetizer, to veal liver pate canapes, to snail with cheese and sesame seeds puff pastry, to fondue crepes, to shrimp tartlets, and trout aspic.
