Luncheon Menu

Single sheet, bi-fold, cruise line, lunch menu for the Royal Viking Star Cruise Line. The menu is printed on beige paper in black font. The front cover of the menu displays large colorful graphics that cover most of the page. The unfolded inside of the menu is separated into two sections. The left section has "Luncheon" in large elegant font at the top of the page. Below this is the name of the cruise and the date. This section displays a "your favorite salad" selection and a small wine list. The second section on the right side displays appetizers, soups, entrees, meat dishes, special of the day, desserts, fruit, cheeses, and beverages. The back cover of the menu has the cruise line logo printed towards the bottom of the page. Menu items range from baby shrimp in aspic, to cold cream of banana, to Italian spaghetti, to Osso Bucco, to banana fritters, and mint tea.
