The first stage of opening shows the first section of the unfolded inside and the first section of the unfolded outside of the menu. The unfolded inside of the menu is separated into three sections. The first section on the left has the title "breakfast" printed at the top of the page with menu items and prices listed below. The second section in the middle has "lunch and dinner" printed at the top of the page with appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and pantry favorites printed below. The third section on the right has the title "lunch and dinner" printed at the top. with all day dining, side orders desserts, fitness first, and beverages below. The unfolded outside of the menu is separated into three sections. The first section on the left displays snacks, wines, and champagnes. The middle section displays bottled spirits. The right section displays the front cover of the menu. The back cover of the menu is the middle section of the unfolded outside of the menu. Menu items range from French toast, to grilled cheese, to beef stew, to caramel cup custard, to potato chips, to vodka, and Budweiser.
