The course covers basic math functions required of visual artists including fractions, decimals, and percentages. Concepts specific to working with computers, graphic arts, and other art related topics will be addressed as well as basic cost estimating.
This is a grouping of OERs used to teach ART 1135 - Printing Fundamentals at Salt Lake Community College. This is a hands-on class in which students will produce actual printed items. Printing history, printing processes, terminology, art preparation, photo reproduction, prepress, bindery, paper, inks and related items will be covered.

The Wayuu are the largest group of indigenous people in Colombia and are facing several struggles with the government over their rights.
This publication by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Utah Chapter - Salt Lake City, Utah, advertises a presentation by President Jay L. Nelson of Salt Lake Technical Institute entitled "The Ten Commandments for Supervisors" which will occur during the ASTD February Meeting on Thursday, February 23, 1967. In this presentation Nelson will outline 10 concepts of sound supervision, discuss the merits of them, and comment on how they increase the supervisor's effectiveness.
